01Dispatch, with Tidal Intelligence
Every order begins in Shoreline Dispatch, where a client address is paired with a receiving shore: the front step, marina office, beach gate, or household staff entrance that can accept the garment without interruption. We review weather, tide tables, and local road conditions before releasing a parcel. The garment is not rushed. It is moved at the pace that keeps its shape, finish, and welcome intact.
02The Shoreline Parcel
Your piece travels in a water-resistant outer wrap, a breathable inner sleeve, and a sealed condition card noting the garment’s fold, temperature, and dispatch time. On arrival, the receiving party may verify the card before removing the sleeve. If weather interrupts the route, Dispatch pauses the handoff and sends a revised window rather than leaving the decision to a sorting facility. For gifts, we add a handwritten Shoreline Note.
03Receiving the Water Sweater
Once delivered, the garment should rest unopened for approximately twenty minutes, allowing its fibres to adjust from transit to room conditions. We recommend opening the parcel on a clean, dry surface and hanging the piece only after the fold has released. A Shoreline Concierge may remain available for the first fitting, including guidance on layering and the correct distance from salt spray.
